Dental implant alignment

Upload an arch scan and get back the files your lab needs to design the prosthesis — without unscrewing the healing cap and scanning again.

   Intake

   scan in, cap marked

   Upload the arch's intraoral scan and say how many implants it has. For each one, declare the implant system and the scan body you want back, and the healing cap if you know it. Then mark the rim of each cap with eight clicks, spread all the way around it.

   Alignment

   Look at the three panes — the library part, the cap cut from your scan, and the two joined and coloured by deviation — check the cap, and authorise the run.

   Adjustment

   turn the cap, confirm the rotation

   Turn the cap until its notches line up with the ones you can see in the scan, and confirm the rotation. This is the one thing the system does not apply on its own.

4. 4

   Delivery

   confirm, then artifacts

   Look at the result, confirm, and download one zip with three files: the socket with the scan body in place, the socket on its own, and the scan body on its own.
